FLANKET TOV ("Flanket", "we") provides legal, accounting, tax and business consulting, programming, IT management, hosting and information services, road freight and cargo handling, wholesale trade, and operates a grocery store and market stall. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Business clients
Contacts, contracts and invoices.
3. Accounting and legal work
To keep your books and payroll, we process data about your employees, customers and suppliers on your behalf, as a processor under a written agreement. Legal case files are confidential and accessible only to the lawyers assigned.
4. IT services
When we manage your POS, computers or website, we may have technical access to your data. We access only what the task requires and log administrative access.
5. Store and market customers
We do not collect personal data from walk-in customers. Age checks for alcohol and tobacco are visual and not recorded.
6. Logistics
Consignee contacts, addresses and delivery confirmations.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, accounting, licensing), legitimate interests (security).
8. Recipients
Tax authorities and banks on your instructions, hosting providers, carriers. We do not sell personal data.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
